Important update for Off-Network Protection Clients (Windows and MacOS) from 2025-07-08 00:00 EDT to 2025-07-08 00:01 EDT
Updates
There is an urgent software upgrade required for all CIRA DNS Firewall Off-Network clients for Windows and macOS. This upgrade is necessary due to an unexpected issue with our downstream service provider.
To avoid service disruption, please upgrade your client immediately:
- New device registrations are no longer possible
- Previously registered devices will stop functioning between now and July 25
If you have already completed the upgrade, no further action is required. Otherwise, please follow the upgrade instructions as soon as possible.
