Dear CIRA Anycast DNS Customers,

We would like to inform you about the following upcoming maintenance window. Access to the portal will be impacted during this maintenance window.

Date: Wednesday September 3rd 2025
Maintenance Window: 10:00AM-11:30AM EST

Impacted Services:
• CIRA Anycast DNS Web Portal will be unavailable.
• CIRA Anycast DNS API service will be unavailable.
• Notify Listener service used for automatic provisioning of new zones will be unavailable during this time.

Services not impacted:
• DNS queries will continue to be answered for all provisioned zones.
• DNS updates for provisioned zones will continue to be processed and updated.
